So then, put the flywheel on my milling machine and milled 4mm off. This is exact the right thicknes to fix it into the frame.

erikbloembergi like youre ciao with polini 41mm lc.
my ciao runs with a evo engine and 41mm lc polini

17 december 2011 om 13:25 #491408thanks, 41mm LC on EVO carters must run like hell 😀
As JMPB had a special price for the Gianelli Fire I bought on. It looks nicer than the Leo exhaust. 🙂

but like Vertigo said, it fits not very good at the rear fixing point. I think I will make an additional bracket to get it right.

cylinder fixing may work, but I will not use it with the LC head

AnoniemI solved the problem with my Fire with the rear fixing point by turning the shell of the muffler a bit by loosening the bolts. First loosen the bolts at the end and you are able to turn it, you may have to use some force though, worked with me.
I haven’t got a solution for the cilinder fixing point, but don’t really mind, i just put everything very tight and push the rear fixing bolt as far as possible to the front so that it can’t fall off, because that would be a nightmare.
