Den 1 gehört zu dem T, zum Beispiel hat mein PK50 als Framenummer V5X3T, also eine PK von 3. Typ.

as it is to much work to remove the multi layers of color I have cleaned everything and assembled again.
As the bagagedrager has to much bumps I changed it with a blue one.
and put the 1970er Moped engine in:D
allways crazy the position of the eginition coil:)
Tomorrow I will assemble the rest parts and then try to drive.
I think it would be a good idea to powder coat everything in spring when it is warmer again.;)

Home made engine dynoFront brakes is something the guys at piaggio couldn’t figure out I guess, that’s why I only use the rear brake or it must be an extreme emergency:D Looks nice!
the old engine from 1970 didn’t have an egnition spark 😕
So I changed that engine with a newer model 50Km/h Moped engine.:D Also put my old Chromie from 1976 on. Then tried first start in my cellar…….it runs=)
Tomorrow I will have my first drive with that crazy vehicle. Arvid, the front brake is working very well. :lol
i wish you good luck. 50km/h with those frontbrakes:D:D will you renovate this ciao to the old style? or also add some “modern” parts?

Really, after having driven that Ciao without any kind of spring suspension (only one in the saddle:D)I can not understand why Piaggio left that concept and started building that softegg Ciao’s with suspension in the fork and in addition in the saddle pin.:?
The behavior of that Ciao is fricking stiff and stable, no swimming on the road, purely great curve driving behavior
Very bad that we still have snow, so I only made a short tour.

yesterday I got my frame back from sand blasting :relax
After eastern it will go for Powder coating in RAL 6021 Blass Grün
And a brand new 50ccm engine is wayting for the first ride.:rules
