You don’t have your “cooling-hood” black plastic thingy over your cilinder. I had some overheating problems without it and I would recommend you use it.
But again, nice work. Makes me proud to be a Vespa-owner!
SpeedDemon, yes you are right the cylindercover is a must. But didn’t install it only for the short first run.
I’ve made a larger one than the original one from metal (see pic.) Fine tuning like that and a better air and fuel filter will follow very soon.:D
Sounds good piet, but i think you need to exchange that exhaust.
Iam sure there are better exheaust in your collection 😀
hehehe, but it is not easy to find an good exhaust what fits on that big asshole flang of DEPS 😀

Simonini calibrata will do well on ure Deps Cilinder i think, Hansieb got the 27mm Version. if u have a 22 & a 27mm outlet ‘flang’ i sould take the 27mm =)
