But why the extra brackets for the gepäcktrager (I don’t know the Englisch word:P)I attached the extra brackets to the baggage drager:D when I was 16.
It’s long time ago, maybe it was for reinforcement as I had fixed a small racing seat to the baggage drager at that time.As it is my first Moped from that early time I like to keep that style. I Also will keep my old red painted spark plug connector from that time. It is now more than 30 years old and still working perfect. (maybe better than the plastic NGK’s;))

i like it allot!! fist when i saw that frame parts when you just painted them.. i thought.. nahhh that isn’t my color.. but now you’ve fixed it and it looks great. and first time i see a ciao i like with chrome ( spatborden )nice job!
Mikehaha, Mike, I also was fighting with myself to chose the color. Not easy to decide on a small piece of colored paper if the color fits to the frame.

If I need to enlarge the slots in the frame I can repaint the slots again 😀It looked like you already did that to the slots, they look way longer than original.
Nice engine, is it a 43 DEPS or a 47?I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...yes, the slots are a little longer. That frame has seen a lot of different setups;)
Just in case it will not be enough. Another option will be to fit a different airfilter what is much smaller than the one what is fixed at the moment.

I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...today I enlarged the slots by about 5mm and schwups, everything fits well=):@
everything is sitting nice deep in the frame so that the engine top cover will also fit perfect.
