Piet30 E-Start Tiffany

Hi, some time ago I bought a E-Start Tiffany with engine what does not turn.

Having some free time at the moment I disassembled the engine to check why the krukas does not turn.

After having the fear that the cylinder or krukas bearings could be damaged it came out that the drive shaft in the starter unit was heavy rosted in the needle bearing. 😀

That was easy to fix with grinding the drive shaft an buying new needle bearing for little money.

Thanks a lot, so far the Tiff is wayting for next spring or sommer.
I will leave it in original condition and plan to ride some tours and to meetings with it.

I’m sure that this will be a eye catcher as most of German people are not knowing that something like this was build.:D
