      Hello!

In this topic I would like to present my Piaggio Ciao 1984.

All setings and changes which I did in my moped should help me in training stunt.
Moreover I was painting Ciao by myself (because old colour was in horrible condition):
      -wheels – yellow fluorescent colour
      -frame – flip-flop colour
      -springs and some parts: red

Wheels shoud be paint on clear WHITE colour by any means fluerescent yellow doesn’t exist.
I decided, that frame and fenders I paint flip-flop (kameleon) colour. This type of lacquer must be atomized on BLACK luster surface. I was painting 3 layers of flip-flop and in the end I decided protect surfaces by paint of Clar-Lacquer. The real effect is really amazing and photos don’t show it !

I decided to save pedals, because in my opinion it’s real Lure of Ciao.
I only change pedals on Prodighy PROcreator with pins, which increase adherence.
I also did short rear fender and cancel boot.
The bar is original, because lower bar isn’t comfortable for stunt.
I only have got ProGrip, and I want to change brake handles.
Front light: is original inside is strobe lamp.
Rear light: I selected Rood Maltese and mirror also is in this shape.
A seat: I decided to do upholstery the Louis Vuitton of bag.
Bands: Michelin Pilot Sporty-when I was racing scooter Zip Sp I used to use Dunlop TT91 Gp but Dunlop company don’t made this type of tire to Ciao, but I think, that Michalin PS is also really good tire !
Brakes: I don’t change because the original settle me. (mayby front I nedd a little hard for stoppie)

      ENGINE:
-The engine in my Ciao will based on original carter, Initialy I thougt about Sprocatti Engine, but with long exhaust I can’t stunt on Ciao also of carburator glancing disturb me and in case of Crash should be destroy.
When I montage coller and other equipment required for it my Ciao will heavy look.
In my project I aspire to Light Look Ciao like a BMX bike.
      -Cylinder: Malossi 46,5
-exhaust: original, because I need more power in lower range of RPM.
      -vario: polini
      -koppelung: original
      -carburator: dellorto
      -air filtro: malossi

Engine I will tune to give me more power to wheelie, because when I’ve got pulley insted of vario sometimes belt slip it.

In the end I made a frame construction to 12 o’clock.
I’ve got kill switch also, because when I stunt in city and crash engine will doesn’t work.

I’ve got a few photos of my ciao renovation.

Thanks for comments and advice in my project.
