RebelWow indeed how nice
i am wondering you got yourself an rs125 front suspension right..
But what wheel is in it? is that from an rs to?
And then how did you fix de rearwheel in?Do you have pictures on how much you needed to welded on to the simonini carter?
en maybe of the crankshaft adjustments i am really curious becouse people where talking about big scooter cilinders but never seemeded to find out where to weld al the stuff extra.12 mei 2009 om 09:48 #268162Rebel :

This suspensio is from Aprilia RS 50 year 2006 with radial brake pump.
The front wheel from Malaguti Fifty, the rear wheel is in a “culla” handmade by me in anticorodal worked CNC.
The crankshaft case is weld a little bite. In the photos of the engine you can see the solders.
For the crankshaft I have change the rod with a rod with 95mm of wheelbase and weighed and balanced the crankshaft.
Naturaly I have work the cylinder and the crankshaft to adjust the stroke. This is my prototype of “culla”

greetz theikeI’ve not a photo inside the carter.
To put this cylinder I’ve work not much…the problem is adjust the stroke, but to fit this one is very easy.
