Maybe you should use such a case at the rear end too? The forces on the bearings are bigger at the clutch axle because the distance between the bearings is smaller.

Why didn’t you use a 24mm carburator?
What’s next? Maybe you can fabricate a custom inlet (28/30mm) with 28mm Keihin or 30mm TMX kart carburator. With Stage 6 V-force AM6 reedvalve=) But I think it will be overkill for the belt:lol
