      -Krukas TR Pen 10 Race
      http://www.jmpb.nl/shop/view_product.php?product=VE3112

      -Polini SP Uitlaat
      http://www.jmpb.nl/shop/view_product.php?product=VE3074

I’ve got one question about uitlat: I don’t cancel pedals from my ciao (I think, thaht pedals are nice and cool in ciao;) And question sounds: If I install Polini SP uitlat, that will disturb in pedals (I saw somewhere foto ciao with the uitlat polini sp and pedals, but I don’t sure…)And I don’t know that uitlat is comfortable to athena cilinder???

I don’t wanna high speed but I want good accelaration (I need it for wheelie).
Why JMPB doesn’t ship to Poland ???
I will be waiting for answers…

Greatings from Poland and I wanna invite you on my coy website : http://www.ciao.tnb.pl

I would not buy the Athena 46mm if I were you.
Steyn had this cilinder.. big failure.

i had it tho, idd its an epic fail.
better buy the 46 pinasco, 46 polini or the 46.5 malossi.
the exhaust is fine, but if you have the money, buy the simonini calibrata.
with variomatic system you will always be able to pull wheelies;)
          especially with the standard joggle

Indeed.. The 46 Athena is a VERY fast cilinder, but it’s of very poor quality. It’ll run for about 100 km and then die horribly :!

Seeing you want to wheely power, you’d better choose the 46mm Polini cilinder. It’s known for its great boost and torque power, with decent top speed. It will also fit perfectly in your Polini Evolution carters! You will be able to wheelie for sure 🙂

Secondly the polini SP isn’t a good acceleration exhaust, it’s meant for high topspeed. The simonini calibrata is great for acceleration. The simonini racing and leovince handmade exhaust are great too.

You could also choose for the malossi 46.5mm, witch will give you a higher topspeed than the polini 80 does.

For sheer brute torque you will have to pick the polini 80, however i find the topspeed a bit dissapointing for a 71.5cc when you concider a 62.4cc DR70evo will outrun the polini 80..

The 46 polini is the perfect cilinder for him. In his post he says he purely wants brute torque for wheelie power, he doesn’t really want high topspeed. The 46 Polini is the way to go for very great acceleration.

Don’t take the top racing crankshaft, it will break for sure.

You also need a transmission case for your variator, with a longer rod, and a rear clutch, i don’t have time to show you a picture, maybe someone else does : -)

Vario transmission case ( ‘with long rod’ )

                      Rear clutch

First: Thanks for all answers… Very useful for me.
I take polini cilinder this: http://www.jmpb.nl/shop/view_product.php?product=VE3247
And I think about uitlaat. (simonini calibrata is too long, because it protrude behind rear wheel and I afaid that, when I do stunt and crush I can destroy uitlaat)

Yeah, I know about transmission case and clutch so I bought second Ciao with this setup (I bought speciall for this long axle;) foto this ciao:

So once again: thanks for help!
