        First you need to press out the kickstart big-end pin.
        Then you got to reel off the lower piece of the kick crankshaft.
        And press it in the hole you drilled in the mallosi big-end pin

          Ok, now I understand 🙂 Is this work very hard to do or do you think a workshop can fix this?

            Make sure to measure the length of the kick-pen.
            If its too short it wil slip over.
            If its too long it may not even kick.

              Okay, so this is what I’ll have to do:

              1. Remove kickstart pen from original crank, which is 21mm deep.
              2. Drill an approximately 10mm wide and 10mm deep hole in the Malossi crank big-end pin, which is 12mm deep.

              3. Cut off the kickstart pin with 2mm and mill the first 10mm of the end down to 10-11mm in diameter.
              4. Press fit the kickstart pin into the malossi crank. Now there’s 21mm sticking up(12mm+9mm) like it was in the beginning.
              5. Finished

              Am I right?
