does anyone know off hand if the 10 spoke wheels are 17″ or 16″?

The most of them are 16″, however, there is a 17″ version too:) But they’re quite rare. Nice moped Ralph!

Yes, and as g-no said the ciao version of the 10spoke rim is 17inch’, rare in holland, in italy a little more common. 16inch 10 spokes are often found on newer dutch SI models.
