Malossi DEPS Carter Copy

is er een speciale manier om de carters aan te passen voor de malossi cilinder ?

heeft iemand goede duidelijke instructies omdat te doen ? mischien met foto`s erbij ?

Bedoel je de deps cilinder? Want de 43 en 46,5 mm zijn toch gebruikelijker.
Ik ben ooit begonnen om mn carter voor de 46mm polini aan te passen; beetje aftekenen(er moet redelijk wat uit je blok om die cilinder er in te krijgen). Ik heb het freeswerk gedaan met een slijpschijfje op een dremel, wat verschrikkelijk lang duurt, en heel veel van die schijfjes kost, maar je gaat ook niet zo snel dat je snel ergens doorheen gaat(wat een mooie zin:con).

Nu wil ik hem dus voor de 47mm deps passend maken, en het grote carter is al bijna klaar, op de spoelpoort en de inlaat na. Dus ik moet alleen nog wat uit mn kleine carter halen en proberen maar.

Malossi verkoopt een frees speciaal om je carter voor de 46,5mm cilinder aan te passen, moet je maar even op Anglodutch kijken.

Over carb. grootte, daar is toch een soort formule voor? Ik ben ook wel benieuwd of een 24mm carb zin heeft op een malossi blok. Ik zat trouwens te denken over een spruitstuk voor het malossi blok waar de evo 19mm carb op kan.

I believe that malossi stopped making the deps cilinders yes, but im not 100% sure. Maybe that swiss site didn’t update that certain section.

The 46,5 fits perfectly on the reedvalve engine, but you won’t have the same results as with the deps. The reedvalve engine and the 47mm deps are truly made for eachother.

That’s what I thought. I’m gonna save my deps cilinder until I can afford the Malossi-engine.

But thanks for all the answers and your pictures are really gonna help me if I’m gonna try to “re-do” my SpeedEngine-carter.

And btw, now my girlfriend has decided to buy the new Simonini-eninge anyway.
Maybe I’ll by a Sprocatti someday. 😀

They stopped making the 47mm Cilinder but there still are some shops who still got some….

The 43mm Deps wit a 12mm Piston is still available by 50cc.nl
