long variogearing, fox clutch, ivano clutch – confusing

Hey guys!

my engine now is running ok, need some adjustment the next time. and maybe will buy a citta. but my new problem is the gearing.

this happened at the last tour:

I think it was an “selfmade” gearing, it only had 2 gears in it and a 8,5 lengh.

I was driving 2 mopeds with fox clutches on, and the “speeding up” was quiet good, nice feeling. Talk some with Javad but still not shure what is the best solution for a fast engine with variomatic. Does anyone have some pictures of building a fox clutch on a vespa gearing?

Can you give me some advises what will be the best?

Actually the only good systems made are done by Javad. All the other ones broke down as well.

i’m not sure, but i believe i saw the same vario gearing that was used for a ciao porter.
in that case, this vario gearing could be one from a ciao porter.

Een Porter heeft juist een hele korte overbrenging.. (ik dacht zelfs 1:18 ofzo) Deze as is 100% homemade, anders had hij ook niet op deze manier kunnen breken.
