Hello, i was wondering if anyone use some knee pads/protectors/warmers while riding a moped? Personally i use a bicycle knee hard pads. I want the pads to mainly protect the knees from the wind but also for some crash protection. Can you recommend some good pads or share your experiences with knees protecting?

I forgot to tell that i drive my mopeds mainly in the in summer and spring/autumn when it is quite warm (18+ degrees). And i stop a lot to see some landscapes. So leather pants would be too warm. I thought about motorcycle jeans; more ventilation and also safe, but could not find any that fit alright. What is more, my mopeds go up to 50 km/h, so not fast enough to use heavy motorcycle pants.
