Hi guys can anyone tell me what parts are needed for a Moparts kickstart conversion on a Malossi casing and where I could buy them,new or used.
I can. If you’re referring to our https://moparts-racing.com/products/moparts-racing-malossi-reed-valve-mp-one-kickstart then, in addition to our kickstart casing, you also need:
- Kickstart crankshaft
- Kickstart housing (which mounts on the kickstart casing with those three bolts)
- Kickstart sprocket disc, pedals and shaft (which goes through your subframe. The shaft for a Piaggio/Vespa Si are different if I recall correctly)
- Kickstart spring (which usually comes with the kickstart shaft
- Kickstart chain
Hi Frederick thanks for that info all i need to know is which model i can get these parts from as there are no kickstart models around here in the uk
