Happy Haloween:D nice engine, if I was you I should be driven slow about 200km with castrol tts oil, because it is a expensive cylinder and it would be ashame if is fucked.. (sorry for the bad English, i’m not in the mood to do my best:p)

I must admit that eventhough it’s not neccesary, I am going to drive the DEPS more carefully (if it ever arrives.)
For that engine I’m going for at least 150 km, and against my believes I’m also going for a little richer mixture then.A richer oil-mixture could be dangerous!
higher oil-mixture–> higher viscosity –> leaner fuel mixture–> broken engine…….
When you use a richer oil-mixture, you must use a bigger nozzle.12 november 2011 om 15:10 #490966hahaha, evil Haloween engine 😀
My Junior fixed the engine and filled the tank with 1:40 mixture.

after 2 meter pushing the engine made it’s first noise.

a litle adjustment on the Standgas screw
and then the first some 100 meter tour
My son now has a 84er main jet and a 42er secondary jet installed. Do you think 84er main jet is ok for the 46mm Pinasco?
12 november 2011 om 15:20 #490967I drive a 84 jet on a 43mm eurocilindro with simo side intake. 😕
I dont realy know what the best jet will be on an Evo engine with polini 46mm.What i do know, i dont see anny cooling cap on the cilinder?
( Be carefull with that. )12 november 2011 om 15:26 #490968jep, cooling cap will come before next drive.
13 november 2011 om 10:03 #465541Piet, what do you live in a beautiful environment=)
On my EvoEngine with 46 pina i also have 84 jet

What Jarco says.., dont forget the cooling cap on the cilinder, important!13 november 2011 om 13:33 #490980Piet30 :
mmmh, so something between 50km and 500km.I only use BelRay Si-7 full synthetic oil with 1:40 mixture. Hope this will do the job for 100km slow drive:D
Very good oil! Bel ray is even better than the Castrol!
My dad does rc-Modellbau mit Flugzeugen. He has a 3W Boxer engine 140 CC on it, also 2 stroke and uses Belray H1R Racing oil.(Only an Example, he has got more Zweitackt engines in modellbau, just an example 😉13 november 2011 om 19:46 #465248Stephan, yes we can drive reso exhausts on Sunday at lunch time and nobody is saying something against it. 😀
Junior already fixed the cooling cap and assembled 5,7 gr vario weights. Then made some more nice trials (as I said, at around lunch time) 😀
Tomorrow he will try a 88er jet.tneural, yes, I use that BelRay since I was 16 years old in my mopeds and had always good results. And the best, it is nice blue color and smells very good.
13 november 2011 om 20:52 #455237Engine sounds good piet 😉 !

you live in a beautiful environment=)Yeah ralf when we gona get a tour in lindlar and environment?:D
9 mei 2014 om 17:21 #446168when Junior and drove the Sluis tot strand tour he had massiv problems in starting his engine with the Malossi MultiVar.
He had tu run hundrets of meters till the drive belt had grip in the shit MuVa to start the engine. So he bought a Polini SpeedControl not to run the half distance of the VCT14 only for starting the engine.:D
So result is, the SpeedControl starts much better, trekt harder and top speed is higher. Actual max speed is now 103 km/h

9 mei 2014 om 17:29 #446067Nice, very nice indeed
9 mei 2014 om 18:32 #494498What’s the setup of this engine?
It’s a really great topspeed, did you tuned the exhaustport?9 mei 2014 om 21:21 #493200engine is that what you see on above pics.
With Mazzucchelli full round krukas, 19mm Polini carb and Malossi air filter.
We made the outlet inner diameter a little larger and more streamlined for better gas flow. -
