Thats a verry nice looking head.
Always a great pleasure to admire your artwork and crafts, keep it up and have fun Joe
TICKLING BARN7 november 2024 om 15:47 #827135My buddy that I made the head for also gave me this ciao frame that has been cut/modified by a previous owner. I did the hybrid shaft conversion and cut the frame for the pulley to fit. The plan is to stretch the frame to run the si length belt.

12 november 2024 om 11:06 #827167Why stretch it to Si belt and not to Bravo belt?
14 november 2024 om 18:45 #827180I have some extra si length belts from the malossi over range kit.

Love the water cooled head you’ve made, clever design!

20 september 2025 om 06:20 #830075We just had our 4th rally.
I rode my mini grande, it did well besides a leaking transmission. I’m hoping it was coming out the overflow.

20 september 2025 om 06:35 #830076I also picked up a set of these 3 spoke wheels we didn’t get them on the us models.
20 september 2025 om 12:04 #830084Is that dice for making a diagnosis? 😉

The leak was from the input shaft bearing pushing out of the transmission. Mcproparts recommends one with the oil hole I replaced it with a standard one with loctite bearing retainer. Hopefully it stays in the housing now. I noticed I cracked my rear wheel while I had the transmission out so I laced a spoked wheel until I can find a replacement snowflake.
29 november 2025 om 00:08 #830774I kind of like that spoked wheel and the yellow It looks neat. Like so many of your individual solutions. How the moped looks as a whole (how shall I put it) never ceases to amaze me. 😉
Tanks for your input, I appreciate it and I think everyone does.

Burn rubber not your soul4 december 2025 om 14:04 #83096724 december 2025 om 14:26 #831732I had a buddy mention you can use a Kinetic ignition coil with the stock US flywheel and a parmakit cdi box to add a cdi to the points cases. The downside is the US flywheel is 1300g. I was wondering if I could cut down a kinetic coil on the lathe to work with the euro points flywheel which is 700g. I have spark with the setup I need to get the engine in a bike to see if it actually works.
