18 september 2009 om 11:52 #45445118 september 2009 om 18:04 #454459Maby you’d better find a membranehousing and use that, fewer chances of leaking and it less work build.

Home made engine dyno21 september 2009 om 12:01 #454538Yeah, I have thought about making a housing for those membranes of my Blata rep.

This is a lot of work and I don’t know where I can get a housing like this one from abige.:(
So I have to look for a good solution.
Next time another side inlet will follow, this is just a prototype, kinda first try.
And there will follow a lot of infos and pictures of my new third and second ciao.:rules@Arvid: Nice work, how fast was your homemade sideinlet?
21 september 2009 om 16:37 #454543There are membrane housings on the market for puch but also the malossi which is used on the Simonini2007 engine.
My citta reached 97km/hours GPS with this side-inlet and a (modest) 16mm carburetor

Home made engine dyno21 september 2009 om 19:46 #454548WTF!!!!
never seen that be4 😮
22 september 2009 om 14:03 #454559@crossfreak: Thank you, but Arvid already done this, like you see it. 😉
@Arvid: Yes, but those membranekits are very expensive an it ist hard to find a housing that fits.
We will see, I am looking for some stuff.
26 oktober 2009 om 18:20 #45535126 oktober 2009 om 18:23 #455352I know that it’s fast, and it will do almost the same as the 43DR evo.
(VespaAvanti vs. 1/2)
(43KR vs. 43DR)10 april 2010 om 10:53 #460207Such a nice weather and my Ciao was full of dust..:|
Cleaned and with the new D.N. peroformance PROTOTYPE. (The serial echaust will hang higher and closer to the Ciao and will be shorter!!). After finishing that, I made a little Soundcheck.Unfortunately had no other camera here, so the quality is not so nice..
Here some impressions:

The ignition works really good.

Piaggio Vespa Ciao D.N.performance Soundcheck <—- KLICK!!

I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...10 april 2010 om 21:18 #460217Great clean standard looks.. apart from the exhaust!

Wheels ALL new and shiny, look better than alloys! 😉
