        I think your snare is fine, are you sure it is not too tight or too loose?

        I also experienced this problem with my Malossi vario, i think the Polini is better.

          I have done some work on the new Polini head.
          Machined from 41mm to 46mm 😀

            Is there supposed to be air holes in the cylinder head, like this on the Malossi.
            I see that most of the Citta heads dond’t have these holes???

            No holes in the Polini head??

              This is due to the casting. You can always work your cylinderhead to make these holes, but it has no to a limited effect on the cooling.

              Nice work on the lathe, finally a real 46mm cylinderhead.

                Got my Malossi belt installed now, and the slipping is gone 😀
