Before you do anything else, please stop revving your vario setup with the wheel free from the ground. This is really dangerous, look at this:And i like the way its running.
Wow look at that clutch exploding!!!
The rpm must be way over 10.000?I want to test it for some time, and if I like it I will buy a CNC clutch bell
30 september 2015 om 09:15 #497345If I should change the exhaust, wich type will you recomend me to buy?
Sound must be low, and power high
And wich exhaust will fit the Bravo?
Ciao?
SI?
Citta?30 september 2015 om 10:04 #497347That depends on what you consider quiet. The Gianelli Fire will probably perform very good too, but will make less sound than the Tecnigas. It will still make quite a bit of noise though like every other expansion exhaust.
30 september 2015 om 10:55 #497348I like the tinkling sound of the thin steel.:swinging.but that is a matter of taste.

Every expansion exhaust on the market is loud.
Bud proma cc does have a very small silencer. almost everything you assemble on there’s better. In the middle is a silencer of a leovince hand made. It has a special design, and has a beautiful dark soud.
The upper silencer is a silencer that I ‘m building. Its has a leovice design combined whit a promacc design.
I expect it to be very quiet with a beautiful dark soud.30 september 2015 om 12:00 #497349I personally like the sound of a polini top one,
And also the looks of it.
But, the only problem is the spark plug cover.
When its placed like it is normally, with the cable to above, I can’t get it off the spark plug.
I placed it with the cable to the bottom. Now I can get the spark plug off real easy…2 oktober 2015 om 08:39 #497351Thanks for the exhaust coments

I need a new cable kit.
Which one will fit my Bravo?
I have a brake light switch mounted on the rear brake cabel, just under the headlight.
I can’t find any cableset with this brake light switch?

My original Bravo hub also have this 11mm hole and axel.JMPB sell only the 11mm axel, no 12mm?

4 oktober 2015 om 19:36 #497374For your cables, you can go to this site. http://cable-shop.nl/index1.html And buy this kit => brom- & motorfiets kabelset. You can select englisch for better understanding 🙂 Evertything is included. You have to cut the cabels your self. You can also email them to change the colour of the outercabels. I have red on my Rebel ^^
Works perfect and for 15E tis very cheap, you can do aprox 2 bikes with 1 set.
The inner cabels are a bit stiffer/ thicker as the JMPB original one’s but fits and works perfect.5 oktober 2015 om 09:53 #497375A picture of the new wheels and the new headlight 😀

6 oktober 2015 om 16:59 #497396I need some more help her guys.
Which oil do I use for the gearbox?
The manual says SAE EP90, but I can’t find that at my local “oil shop”
Can I use one of the two I have found?

Edit: I have also found this.
6 oktober 2015 om 19:04 #497397Just found this post:
http://www.vespa-ciao.nl/forums.php?m=posts&q=23986It say I can use the “scooter oil” SAE 80/90.
Any commens on that?6 oktober 2015 om 20:22 #497400I’ve been using the 80W-90 oil for the last couple of months and its been working perfectly for me at least. It is absolutely critical to use transmission oil, or else it may result in irrepairable damage.
8 oktober 2015 om 10:28 #497404Thanks for the oil answers

New problem today.
The belt slips in the front Malossi variator during start up.
Have I got the wrong belt?
I bougth this one: 13×1050Text from JMPB:
Gilera Citta
For Variator transmission
Crenelated / Gates
Size 13 X 1050 ( For Rear clutch with a 100MM pulley )http://www.jmpbparts.com/v-snaar-gates-gilera-citta-vario-13×1050.html

I see that Malossi has a belt that is 13,4×1060. Will that be a better choice?
Text from JMPB:
Malossi Vario belt , only in combination with the Variateur.
Fits on a Gilera citta / Vespa Bravo / Superbravo.
Width ( Size A ) = 13.4MM
Outer diameter ( Size C ) = 1060MMhttp://www.jmpbparts.com/malossi-variosnaar-citta-vespa-bravo.html
8 oktober 2015 om 14:48 #497192Sometimes the Malossi variator has this problem. The variator hub is a little to wide so your belt is only gripping on this variator hub instead of hub and variator housing/pulley itself.
I’ve seen people who worked this variator hub so it is a little smaller shortened, but if you can find a wider belt this problem is also solved. The thing is. “Im not a big fan of Malossi V-belts.”
