I would recommend the NGK B7HS, that is what I, and most people alway’s use.
When you buy one, check the electrode gap and make sure it’s ~0,6mm and not 1.4mm which they sometimes have out of the box.
20 september 2015 om 20:22 #497286Thanks DarkMagic, I will buy a new one tomorrow
28 september 2015 om 19:49 #497332Got the front brake kit from jeffreykruize today 😀
Fits like a glove =)
28 september 2015 om 19:53 #497333More questions.
How do install the exhaust?
Do I have to swing the engine down? This part will not be “bent” under the frame piece?
28 september 2015 om 20:05 #497334Nice to see that the brake part has finally arrived and your happy with it.
For the exhaust you should first place the holder of the rear behind the frame piece and than put it on at the front, you should be able to do that with a little (how to say) practice.
29 september 2015 om 09:52 #497336I have found these pictures online.
Is this something that you will recomend me to do?
Can you buy the needed parts somewhere?
29 september 2015 om 12:44 #497342I have both, the loose balls in the cup, and this bearing.
I don’t see a large difference both front wheels turn very long after a push when holding the front in the air.29 september 2015 om 13:39 #497343Ok. Is it a straigth forward swap, or do I have to modify something?
And where did you bougth the tube that fit between the bearings? Is this bearing ok to use?
29 september 2015 om 14:59 #497344You can buy everything you need here:

29 september 2015 om 20:46 #497176Yes!!!! I’m happy with that, but it makes sooooo much noise!! 😕
What can be done to “cure” the noise problem??
Change the exhaust, or change just the end can (damper)?29 september 2015 om 20:48 #497337A littel to rich in the first piriod of a new cilinder is good, dont you think so?
Chance the demper. the proma cc demper is rubbich. so are a lot of exaust dempers. Im making one myself for my proma cc richt now.
The bigger the better.29 september 2015 om 20:53 #497338Before you do anything else, please stop revving your vario setup with the wheel free from the ground. This is really dangerous, look at this:
And i like the way its running.
29 september 2015 om 20:56 #497339You can’t really do that much to damp the Tecnigas CC because most of the sound is comming from the expension itself. You could try to get your hands on some kind of special cloth you can put arround the entire exhaust, that is probably one of the few options you have to make it less noisy.
