      Hey,
I’m just putting together an Polini H2O engine.
Maybe you can have som advice how to seal the cylinderhead durable.
I have the original cylinder head gasket, but is this gasket long term durable against water leakage?
Did somebody of you maybe put some rubber or copper o-rings in addition to the gasket?
Also other ideas are welcome. 😀

Hey Ralf nice to hear from you :thumb

Yes the gasket is specially made for water tiding use.
Made from a aluminium mesh with a rubbery emulsive.
For the 2 extra bolds i use copper rings under the inbus heads.
My engine is leak-proof for almost 22years now.
I was also sceptic so i bought a extra gasket set but it is still in the original packaging.

Hey Crullie, thanks, I have now time to get my old half finished projects out of the corners to finalize them.

That is exacly the gasket I have for my kit.
Only will need the two copper rings , perfect.
