yes i think there are some people but if you wan’t your engine to go faster and if you don’t want to damage your cylinder, i think you should use another filter.

If I were you, I would buy a malossi reedvalve filter. The problem with the most powerfilters is that they let in too much air for this kind of carburator (on a vespa), so you will never get your engine running the way you want.
