Hallo.
How big a Sproeier should i use for my new kit.
Malossi 46,5mm
Polini evolution engine with 19mm dellorto
The Sproeier that sits in at the monent is a 70*EDJUH*: Sproeier= Jet*
13 februari 2007 om 12:52 #145342try 85-90
46 Pinasco, Malossi RV, Schijfrem, Fox Vario
Gele Racefrikandel13 februari 2007 om 14:16 #145343Thanks i will try that, because the engine will not take full throttle.
13 februari 2007 om 15:58 #145344That’s exactly what a friend of mine also has with his evolution engine! If you got it tuned right, could you post your jet size here?
13 februari 2007 om 19:39 #145345I think you should try a 90 and a good filter (not the original one, that one sucks big time). but if you use the original one you should try 80. but watch out before you buy a filter, first see if it fits! couse i’ve bought one with a kind of plastic cap on it and it doesn’t fits with the cap. so i had to remove the cap but now it sucks to much air and it can’t be tuned right.
so jet number 90 and a good filter. couse i’ve got exactly the same problem and i think that should be the good combination of jet and filter.
in the beginning too much throttel and the engine stops running right?
13 februari 2007 om 19:46 #145346iv’e got this setup:
polini evolution engine
46mm polini(so clad 80cc)
and the 19mm dellorto whit a 90 Yet.
and i use the original filter.
and it drives pretty well.
but i got a variomatic on it.
i wish you luck.14 februari 2007 om 12:40 #145347I think that i will try the 90 jet ,because with the 70 jet the engine will not run with filter on.
I think that it dont get enough gasoline because, when i ride on the bike and stops the engine goes out(Stops)
I have ajusted the air jet and all the other things on the caburator and still it runs better without filter on.:con
It is by the way also very hard to start
14 februari 2007 om 13:18 #145348i know the problem.
because i got the same problem.14 februari 2007 om 13:25 #145349NOw i dont get it. You wright that you have the same problem but still you have the filter on, and i dont have it on thats not the same:con
14 februari 2007 om 15:05 #145350the point is: buy another filter. the original one sucks.

Normally you need a bigger jet if you are riding without an airfilter. With your moped it is the other way round 😕

Home made engine dyno30 maart 2007 om 04:17 #145397Hey there.
Yesterday i have put a 85 jet on my bike, but it will still not run whit filter on.(The orginal one for EVO engine)
Should i go op in sice 90-95? Or what will you do…. Help wanted 😕
30 maart 2007 om 10:48 #145398if I were you I would buy a malossi or hebo powerfilter because the filter of the evolution engine is not good:P
30 maart 2007 om 13:36 #145399no, hebo sucks. the malossi filter for the Reed Valve is very suitable for it. and i should try a 95 jet. it got to be somewhere around that ;).
30 maart 2007 om 23:06 #145400Are there not anyone that use the orginal filter for the polini evo engine.
