27 maart 2018 om 09:28 #767740@AAT: these are for the side plates. i have to weld some chips on it so you can put the screw through it and when you turn the srew 90° it holds in the deepening.
I will show you how i mean this eavening.
The Kickstart is almost done, so i can go on with the exhaust next.And you were totally right, the small things which you dont see on the first view are the most time taking parts.
some bushings here, doenst fitt, make it new, and again and here has to be a hole for the spring of the Kickstart, there needs to be a bold for the Kickstart, and go on.if everything runs like i have planed than the first start is on Saturday WHOOP WHOOP!

First problem i saw was the new Kick chain.
the old one is just some 0,1mm longer than the new from JMPB. so here you see what i meanold one:

ok Resume, the zylinder SUCKS like Hell.
It runs but i dont get on rpm because the belt is 1-2cm to short and some other problems.
But the good thing is i found alot of things which i have to change.
i made a small video so everyone can see 🙂 enjoy it.and for you AAT

But consider it lucky that you could not make those revs with the vario working. Cause your clutch housing would explode, no joke. Ac racing just recoverd from a broken leg because of that.

So agian dont drive with the original clutch housing, it will break for sure.
And save your the money on airsal t6 cause it sucks. Better spent it on a Malossi replica or Gilardoni W exhaustport version. -
