@crulli: thx mate, like I write before, it is not 49cc.
It is 68cc with 47mm diameter and 39mm stroke.@brandweer: this is what i First was thinking about but for the first tests I gonna buy a BGM standart membran with a stuffer.
Now it is important for me to bring the engine ready for the first run.
After that I will modify everything part by part.@ buxy jehaaa this would be great
31 januari 2018 om 17:10 #500629today i got my BGM membran. its a little bit bigger looging but in real its a lot bigger.
I normally dont need that because i want to ride it with max 19 or 21mm Carb but its good to have some reserve.

7 februari 2018 om 10:44 #547944Pictures are working again, I edited your post so your pictures are showing.
The milling machine looks very nice! Must say I’m a bit jealous 😉

TICKLING BARN8 februari 2018 om 06:38 #553390jeahhhh you are right
@zevenenergie: you still want more Pictures of the Mill? Its a Bernardo FM55 HSV
@AA-T: Big thx for fixing 🙂 and thanks for the flowers ^^ i also love my new Mill.
I would liked to had it long time before, it makes everything easyer i would say.
Doesnt fit? Mill it. Doesnt look good? Mill it

and it goes on with the pump. just tested the big “ausdrehkopf” from the Mill. Works great but i still have to mill more away.
If i can leave today work a litle earlyer i will start with the Membran inlet WHOOPY
8 februari 2018 om 10:16 #555359That’s a big piece of aluminum for your pump. If you Mill some cooling fins into it you don’t even need a radiator 😆
How will you mount the pump onto your engine? And will you be using a ratio?
The cilinder is probably able to reach quit a high RPM. Don’t know if it’s necessary for your pump to make the same number of RPM. Maybe it could even be bad for it?
Don’t know if scooters use a ratio, but you might wanna look into it.

Nice I want one 2 😛
8 februari 2018 om 13:24 #556043@AA-T: the ratio on scooter is 1:1 and im going to do it minimum 1:2 ( 2 Engine 1 Pump)
High RPM is not what i want. max 10k smooth going forward.
8 februari 2018 om 14:26 #556225You actually want your pump to rotate faster than your engine?
If so, why do you think that’s necessary?
Or do you mean it the other way around?

Breng een bezoekje aan mijn Ciao project.9 februari 2018 om 06:38 #563331Oh sorry thx for attention 🙂 no i dont need the full speed of the Pump.
i mean 2 rounds at the Engine is 1 at the pump. So half turns as at scooters.
i will reach that the pump is pumping enough for reducing the heat and the so that the belt is not slipping at higher rpm. otherwise the belt will not live very long.
i think the polini LC pump is quiet smaller than my selfmade, so the power of the pump should be also higher, but if i need it? no i dont think i need it but to have more is better than too less hehe
jesterday i tried to learn a bit from my mill. fact is i need better milling cutter.
i also bought a extra wet vacuum cleaner just to suck the wet shavings off of my mill 🙂
9 februari 2018 om 09:25 #564837You don’t necessarily need the coolant every time.. It allows you to run your mill at a higher RPM which makes everything a little bit easier. But as you see it can leave quit a mess 😉
Doing some research into the correct RPM for the combination of material en width of your cutting tool could be helpful.
Try to keep it as low as possible, and only run a higher RPM on the last run for a smoother finish.
If you take away a ver little amount of material on your last run, let’s say 0.1 to 0.2mm, it will also give a smoother finish.
Also, I don’t know how to say this in English so I’ll explain it. Your cutting tool turns clockwise. When you run your material from the left to the right it will give a different result in the finish than when you run your material from the right to the left.
When your cutting away big chunks of material it doesn’t really matter, but on your last run it can make a big difference in how smooth your finish is.
The cutting tools you are using don’t look that bad, so the above advise might help you a little bit. And maybe you already know all about it 😉
