for the next steps i need an old kick crankhsaft. a big THX to Erwin, he will give me one WHOOP WHOOP

i also had to make it here under the rotor a bit deeper, i need as much space i can get.

Today i made the hole aluminium parts from the Rotor new. now it fits like a glove.

And it sparks for the first time. inkluded 18V DC for light. but my friends told me i have to measure it with a lamp on it 😀
Tomorrow it goes on with the Kick.

@lightlord: atm its only done with my Dremel and the Lathe 🙂 so not really alot special tools. 😀

@tiesman: Thx a lot, i think everyone wants to see a building from zero to the finish product.
specially when its not done by anyone before or respectively it is done before but the people dont show how its made.
Alot of guys are making a secret out of it, but for what, its just an engine hehe

I see, it won,t be a rotating inlet and it won,t be a piston controlled intake.

its gonna be an membran inlet like the Malossi RV.
It gets also the same position like the RV. but with a bigger Membran.

today there was some finishing, not perfect but okay. this zylinder is not the last one =)

the quality is verry bad but i can fix it a little bit
