@Flick jou, i think so! But like i said the gearbox ends at 100. before i have to modify my vario a little bit so that my transmission is a bit longer.

@Martino: its not the s6 any more, i changed it to a yasuni R i think.
The C16 runs not that good, for this exhaust the timings need a mm more up i think.You almost getting there, couple of kmph left 😈

I changed my Clutch to a Minarelli one and made some parts by myself

The difference is soo huge!
No wobbling any more with the rpm
its from the start to the endspeed just perfekt!
now i just need a new belt and set the waights a bit different!awesome!

Cool mate, what changes did you make to the clutch ? Any pictures on that.
I Changed the direction of the torque drive. But i made only one side, because it’s nearly impossible to do it perfekt on both sides by Hand.
The gearbox was a 8,5 mono wehre i fit a minarelli gear on.i did it before for a Friend. He had incedible 22,5ps on a dyno and my shaft didnt die:-)

The Stage clutch is standard and nothing changed!
I will bet that this gearbox and vario is on a dr and std carter also a burner!
The Performance is so much netter now, incredible!vorbrations: non!
The higher The Speed The lower The rpm. With the Standard it’s exakt The Opposide!So now it’s Really perfekt!
I Start with around 10k rpm than it goes up to 11k @ 30-60kmh and than The rpm Gets down to 10k and The is The most power @80kmh

@Tiesman: jeah this is also my dream. i would be nice if there is one who can build some hole gearboxes with better gears like that original Crap. in kombination with the minarelli clutch is that the thing you have to have!i just ordered a new Belt with 17mm and 1175li
i have to figure out what is the difference when the belt i running on the outer diamter.
i also need a nother bushing vor the variator so that the belt can go down.i will let you know if there is something new
Those 17mm belts are also for Ciao size? Please tell me more about the type / product number.

The problem is that you need more space in the vario for the belt. And these 4mm are a lot. I don’t think that you can use the original plastic covers because they are going to Tuch it.i ordered this length without knowing if it fits. I will try and error 🙂

its long time ago since i wrote the last time.
now i got some new or better said some news for you 🙂i modified the front variator – i mounted one from BGM for aerox.
Why i did this?this is easy to tell you.
With the standard polini or malossi variator for ciao i had the problem that the slope where the rolls are running was different to that one which is for scooters.
this causes that i had 3 gramm rolls in it and it was still not to light.
with the new variator im driving now with 5,5 gramm and its running awesome!NOW ITS POSSIBLE TO MAKE POWER WHEELYS

so its still like i told you.
we all need that kind of vario setup with the stage 6 Clutch.

Nice Marc, when do you start the production of these vario modification sets in bigger scale… I think there is enough interest in it.
