Those are some big chunks out of your piston, hope Polini handles it the way they should, by sending a new piston and maybe even a cylinder if it suffered damage as well.

There has to be a new KIT.

But sure is that the new Kit goes immideatly in my shelf and i dont know jet if im using this zylinder again any more because the new Airsal is so unbelivable.
i never had a Zylinder which such a high kompression.
It plopps so nicely by goint over the OT like you are opening some bottles of beer 🙂

But I have to dissapiont you, if you think the Airsal t6 cylinder will push you over the 110km/h barrier.
Maybe when you tune it. But even tuned I did not like it on my Peugeot scooter.I would pick the stage 6 all days of the week.
Way better quality. Airsal t6 only looks good, but they easly running hot and are not that fast as they look.lets make a bet to make it Interesting 🙂

later i changed the exhaust to a yasuni R which was very improved mounted but HELL JEAH thats the real deal!
yesterday i welded it nicely and tested it a bit more.
I didnt drive very fast but hmmmm i think i will win the bet hehe
Damn its that extremely powerfull. i never thought that just some cm in the lenght of the exhaust can make such a big difference.
there is almost no power underneath 8000rpm, but at 10-11k uhhhh you will make a smile till your ears.
today i will make it a bit shiny and make a video so you can see how its running.😛 Can’t wait,…… want some !!!

jeah, i like it also but this is also the biggest problem.
now with the aluminium zylinder i cant get the cooling i need.
i got 100 on my speedo but i had to stop because the water is starts boiling by a water temperatur of 90°
the survace of the aluminium is so hot that the water cant geht the temperature down fast enogh.
i think i will have some fun with the zylinder and get a new one out of iron again.
maybe the next time just an DR.
i want to drive more on the streets but i cant with that high rpm. otherwise the cops get me 🙁How come, you cant get the cooling on a proper temperature level? Do you need a bigger pump or?

But I will keep our bet stand for what it is. Cause it will still be difficult to reach that 110 marker.The cooling problem you have must be the pump and the little belt to serve it.
You got a power circuit right? So why you dont fit a mercedes window cleaner pump?
Most sprint scooter overhere in holland use that to and this works fine.i think the problem is just that not enough air goes away from the cooler, pretty hot.
today i played a bit with the ignition. what a difference.
but i still think that the exhaust is not the best.
the top power is at 10k.
and i need some new vario rolls which are 0,2 gramm more heavy, this would be optimal.
but on the other hand i have the problem that at exactly 100km/h the gearbox ends. i think i have to modify the vario a bit.today it were 105km/h at gps! and also my speedo said the same

Breng een bezoekje aan mijn Ciao project.What type of exhaust do you drive at the moment, still the Stage6 Pro Replica? I thought you have a Yasuni C16 aswell. Change to this exhaust for more rpm and probably more horsepower!
