@AAT: it fits almost 8 Liter in there. Measured around 7,8 Liter. and its exact 4 Liter till i have to swich on reserve.
And it hanldes great. i only got to make some bolts in the center so that the metal does not vibrate.
whil driving with lower rpm its in the reso and it makes extreme vibrating noises.
with higher rpm its quiet.To the Engine i have to say, great. I never thought that i wount have any problem.
it runs around 95 km/h at its best. and this with full load.Sounds like you really enjoyed driving it at the VCT

Than i want to try to get the sound more quiet. and maybe a little bit more power heheI dont think that i can come to the vcm. i planed some other stuff on that date. 🙁

and here we have some breaking news!i wanted to make a big license plate on my moped. i startet to talk with the insurence and everything was makable but after that i met a friend at the scooter shop and he was asking me why im going to do that.
im still not legal.the end of the song was that he gave me some contakts where i can make a legal moped with under 80cc and a big license plate.
that would be f**** awesome! 100% leagel on the Road.i will start talking with that guys and see what i have to do so that i can get a real moped with legal 80km/h and 80cc in it jehhaaaaaa

Now it is time to write something.Before 2 Weeks i had the Problem that my upper piston ring was turning around so that the open pint of the ring gets into the outlet and break something out of my Piston.
Now i brought it back to the shop and they are going to send it to Polini Italia.
In my opinion the little bolt in the piston which holds the ring in position was to deep so that the pistonring could turn.a Friend sends me a S6 Racing cylinder but i think this is way to extreme 🙂
I will put this zylinder in another crank case when its finished.
for now i have a airsal 47,6 70cc and mounted jesterday almost the hole engine.

I think you should have a new piston from Polini, this should never happen, not even after 6000 km.
