If you make the nexst driveby, can you past the camera much closer? It wil be more spectacular.
And can you show the coling schedul? I wonder how you dit this becource I want to copy it 😛

Its a air bubble reduse and over pressure system, the longer tube in the watertank is not connected and can leak out air and fluid free on the ground or tank.

its driving better and better with the time.
its extreme powerful when its on higher rpm.
but i cant use that for a tourer. so i did a bit to heavy waights and the lower stronger springs (yellow malosssi) in the clutch.
now its running awesome for touring. and when i get speed like around 50-60 the rpm highs up and i get the most power.
so i think it will run fucking great 🙂 maybe i need to test another exhausts but for the tour its more than good.tomorrow and on monday i will fit the hole electric and the speedos 🙂 here a first look

@AA-T: jes of course.
this is why i choose this inner rotor ignition.
it has 2 light coils. 1 for 12V AC und one for 12V DC.
so i was today doing only some testing in wireing and it looks good.
the power loads the battery and the other coil does it job good on the light side.here is a small video.

if im a longer time on full throttle the temperature will increase to 107°C.
i have to make sure if it is right measuring because i cut the cable and made it a bit shorter because the space in the headlight is not much.
maybe is there now to much electrical resistance in the cable and it shows more as it really is.or what do you guys think?
perhaps the sensor is measuring the temperature of the aluminium from the zylinder head.
this is maybe hotter than the water and the sensor isnt measuring the pure water temp.i dont know.
but 1 thing is fact, the temperature has to be around 80°C and not 100°C.

i took one from my work home and tested it.
The Temp at the Koso displays exact the same as the Sensor. so its plausible.i throwed the thermostat our of the zylinderhead and there we see. i dont reach the 90°C
so everything is ok for the first steps. maybe i have to modify the waterpumt so that there flows more water in the system because the cooler is around 60-70° hot on the top when the zylinderhead has around 90°C.But for today i have to Quit testing because i was driving on the fields and as i was driving with 80 around a corner the F**** Police was standing there.
I gave full throttle and drove away, i dont want to find out what they want to do 2 weeks before the VCT 🙂 in Germany they catch your bike and you wont see it for month! so im lucky enough for today. -
