Hello all! Im new here, not new to vespas though, and I’m (yet another) silly american coming to you guys for advice… I am trying to decide on an exhaust and I need help, my setup: carters=stock with opened intake port, cilinder=athena 50cc, uitlaat= homemade chamber for now, not so great, krukas=stock, variator=malossi. So I have done quite a bit of porting and smoothing out on the transfers, perfect variation, and the bike is fast, gps reads 41 mph, or 66kph for you euros. Its fast for a 50cc bike, but I want to reach higher rpms, so give me some advice! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, hope you don’t live up to your name for too long here 🙂

One of the most common exhausts that allows quite some RPM is de here well-known Proma Circuit. It is fast, and has a boost which is almost legendary to us Vespa riders. Though it performs well it has a small downside, it makes a lot of noise.

Could you give us some more info about your custom exhaust, and a picture?
