I’m beginning to think I am missing a part for my 1974 Ciao. For a single speed ciao, what is the order of assembly after the main seal is on. There’s a bit of a gap in the diagrams on the haynes.

Main Seal > Cam > Flywheel > Clutch Assembly > Nut

      Is there something I’m missing?

I found this, and realized that I don’t have one, where exactly is this supposed to go.

      ! Joor !

it’s supposed to go between the flyweel and the clutch with the smal ring facing the clutch.

Also, there seems to be a washer between the cam and flywheel that fits over the woodruff key. I can’t find anywhere to buy this in the United States. Is it needed? Are they still being sold?

That part is not really neccesary, it holds the cam down because there is a small space between the cam and the flywheel. When the washer is not fitted the cam could move upwards a millimeter or two…

I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...
