Crank shaft, different dimensions

Hello and greetings from Sweden.

I’ve had a continuous problem with two of my Ciaos. The flywheel comes off during riding.

today I measure and see different dimensions compared to other crankshafts. What happens is that the flywheel rest on the camb instead of fitting on the coned shaft. I will try to upload a photo later.

What can I do about this?

Ik heb een voortdurend probleem gehad met twee van mijn Ciao’s. Tijdens het rijden komt het vliegwiel eraf.

vandaag meet ik en zie ik verschillende afmetingen vergeleken met andere krukassen. Wat er gebeurt is dat het vliegwiel op de ontstekingsnok rust in plaats van op de conische as. Ik zal later proberen een foto te uploaden.

Wat kan ik hieraan doen?

the two crank shaft is of the same no-name brand and faulty dimensions. I tried with grinding down the camb by 2 mm. But that did not work.

Get a better crankshaft or a different fly wheel.
It just sometimes happens that cranks and flywheels dont match.

I bought a Athena crankshaft, turns out it has the same problem as my Top racing cranks. And I’ve tried with 3 different flywheels.

I wrote to the dealer who said Top racing and Athena is the same manufacturer. Idk, feels like I just paid the double money for same product..
