Hello fellow Ciao people 😛 i have just bought theese covers, they are made by CIF. They fit very well, but I dont like the colour. I would like to spray them silver-gray, my question is: can You recommend an Aerosol spray like Motip Silver or anything else? Thanks in advance 😎
I do not have experience with painting side covers, but i’d assume you need a paint that’s somewhat flexible. Since the cover is made of plastic, it can easily flex. Might do something like Plastidip? Those are mostly matte finish aerosols, but they also come in glossy finish.

pp/pe is almost impossible to paint

I thought to sand them, use a plastic primer, then acrylic paint, like Motip or similar, and perhaps a clear coat. These are original covers, I am not sure if they’re different material than new CIF ones you have.
I painted a lot of scooters and never had any problems with it, but yeah, maybe it is a different kind of plastic. But I already painted the little cover on top of the fork and that paint seems to be holding just fine albeit I used polymer bondo on the whole thing, so the paint is not exactly holding on the raw plastic
