if you want to do it properly, you have to spin your wheel in a lave, en take a few millimeters off.
it is also possible to mill some material where the wheel is scratching youre case, but that is that is not the best thing to do.
if you space youre wheel, you can get problems with the ignition point of ignition, and the little spie wil break.

It seems to be a problem that accurs on all new Malossi cases..
We’ve already had several users with the same complaint, all cases from the new delivery.
Best thing to do is take your complaint straight to Malossi, since they delivered cases that are not right.
Nobody has done this sofar as we know of, so Malossi doesn’t even know there’s something wrong..
Your alternative is to do what Ritze said.
I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...
I just tried to write them using the contact form. Maybe they have a better idea how the parts should work.
The CDI flywheel rubs on new Malossi Reed Cases for my piaggio ciao. I hear this is a problem with all new cases. Can you tell me how to get the flywheel to fit correctly? I am using a maslossi crank and cylinder as well. It will be a real let down to know these parts don’t work and fit the way they should. I have over $1000 into this engine build. Until now i have been a huge fan of malossi parts and the quality.
I have tried to find out on two moped forums.
