Hello,
I have a important question so I would be grateful if I could get a quick response, I have got a new engine for my dr setup and as I was taking it apart I discovered that the crankcase is pretty beaten up, can someone tell me if it is still able to run properly.

23 april 2024 om 16:36 #824597Doubtfull this will work. Is there any light coming through when both sides are placed onto each other?
23 april 2024 om 19:18 #824599No there is no light but I just have a bad feeling about it so I will send it back.
23 april 2024 om 22:34 #824601The broken pieces are no problem at all, but that thin piece here is a bit thin.

But it doesn’t have to be a problem.28 april 2024 om 12:02 #824661Thank you for the quick answers!
So my plan is to get a new engine with a 43mm polini kit. Has someone experiences with this kit and could tell me what the top speed would be when I port everything correctly. And how much of a difference is between the polini and the dr evo kit?
I would be happy about a quick answer!28 april 2024 om 12:15 #824662Here can you find differs between tuning parts etc etc

I have a quick question, does someone know how good the olympia 43mm kit is and which top speed I would get with my current setup and the kit?
I would be happy about a quick answer.11 mei 2024 om 15:02 #824842Hello guys,
So i bought a new crankcase for my 43mm setup and as i opened it, I saw that the inlet window is already ported. Now I am not sure if it is good or not. Could someone give me a quick response if the crankcase is good for my setup or if it is too thin on the sites.
I would be happy about a quick answer!
11 mei 2024 om 15:27 #824843I want to work on the crankcase so I would be grateful about a quick response, just if it is ok or not.
Thanks!11 mei 2024 om 15:43 #824844The top wall on the first photo does look quite thin, but it could work.
The porting could have been done nicer thobeetje prutsen hier en daar

How much is the difference between that porting and a better porting, is it noticable?11 mei 2024 om 16:12 #824848I have now fixed it a bit do you think it is okay now?
11 mei 2024 om 16:13 #824849Should I go more to the left?
11 mei 2024 om 17:20 #824851Hello,
I have fixed the inlet window a bit more and enlarged the inlet to 12,5mm. Can someone give me a feedback if it is good like this or if I should fix it a bit more.
Should I go more to the left with the inlet window or is it to big then?
I need just a quick answer!
11 mei 2024 om 17:26 #824852Looks better than before, should be pretty usable for a nice engine.
You could go bigger with the porting, but it would result in a lower crankcase pressure.
For a 43mm cylinder this should do just fine.beetje prutsen hier en daar
