Hey.
How do i get the hole in my engine bigger, i have got a 46,5mm malossi kit which should be mounted in a orginal engine.
Should it be milled out or is there an easyer way to do ityou can buy a special tool from malossi to make the hole bigger, its a dril that you can place on the engine and then you can dril te engine up to a hole that fits the 80cc,

If you want to do it without the drill , use an multitool (dremel)
But that will take loads of time and the finished result will not be very pretty. You also have to have a lot of mini-tools for the multitool, you will have to remove a lot of material.

Home made engine dynoother option is to buy a
speedengine..
new they are about a 100 euro’s.other options are the evolution engine (polini) or the reed valve engine (malossi!)
last two got options for a 19 mm carb.good job hansieb;):P

A kid living in my town has milled out an original engine, but it was very difficult. He drilled too much and there was a hole in the engine that had to be welded..
So save urself some time and buy one!
