Best cylinder for low end torque?

Hi guys.
Can someone point me in the right direction when I’m looking for a cylinder for my stock engine.
I want good low end torque, and looking for a top speed on around 60km//h

Thats true italjon. Thats a good allround cylinder. And it lasts very long.
