Technically , the only thing you need to do is change the nozzle. It will go a bit faster depending on the rest of your setup.

But of course, if you want to go as fast as the engine will go, you’ll need to modify a lot of things, for instance increase the intake manifold to 13mm or 14mm, modify the crankshaft, improve all flow to cilinder, upgrade to 13/13 or even a home made 14/14 carburator, get a good exhaust pipe, the list goes on and on..

Btw, why don’t you fill in your setup on the left? It’d be alot easier to help u then.

I would suggest keep it to a kit that is 65cc or under, or more specifically, one with a 43mm piston. most 70cc kits are 46+mm and require you to grind the mouth of the case larger to accept the cylinder sleeve. The 43mm kits will slide right in and bolt right on without any grinding on the case, though there is much to be gained from matching the transfer ports to the kit.

For your first kit I would suggest the malossi 65cc, or another 43mm that has triangular shaped transfer ports, like the stock ones, just bigger. That way you don’t have to do any grinding on the case right away and it won’t suffer as much, and if you do work on the case you only have to match the ports, and not open the mouth bigger. The Polini, DR, and others with the D shaped ports are harder to match the triangular ports on the case to, they actually cover up some of the stock port, and suffer more if you go without matching.

I should try to get the 43mm DR evo.

Its cheap , fast and it’s good. If you match the case like this it will already go goddamn fast!

Like Jayl said, you need to change some things if you want the maximum result:

            – The nozzle
            – Exhaust for 43mm cilinder ( proma circuit , polini top one, etc… )
            – Right pully but i see you have variomatic so nvm then
            – Match the case to the cilinder
            – Drill the inlet to 13mm
            – Crankshaft tuned

If you do this right you can go to 80-85km/h with a 43mm DR or 75km/h with variomatic.

43mm bore with a 43mm stroke is about 63cc, some call it 65cc, some 70cc(which is somewhat exagerated as you can see).

Be sure to get the right small end size piston, 10 or 12mm.

The setup page is really easily translatable isn’t it? maybe except for krukas(crankshaft), snelheid(velocity), uitlaat(exhaust).

All others, what the hell is ‘The Nozzle’?, you mean the ‘jet’ I suppose?(sproeier).

Yeah, pay attention to the bore size more than the cc claim, sometimes you will see the 43mm bore as 65 or 70cc, and the 46mm bore usually as 75 or 80cc, but i’ve seen it called 70cc too. I figure ‘nozzle’ must mean ‘jet’ :), and like edjuh says, you need to know what size wrist pin you need to match the small end of the piston rod, it can be 10 or 12mm.

I know this is a nice kit too:
