I have been offered a tuned out cylinder and when I check the durations I find thet the blowdown is 27 degrees.
The recommenadtions I´ve see is the the blowdown should be somewhere between 30 to 35 degrees.

What does it mean and how will it affect the power supply from that cylinder?

A blowdown of 27dg is fine for a fast engine. It is not very extreme so low down torque will also be acceptable.
