Which years did the Ciao come with variator (cvt)?

Hello and welcome to this forum.
I have seen old Italian advertising that had the old models allready with variator. So i guess the Ciao models came with variator more or less from the start of production.
I do not know exactly when the production from variated Ciao’s stopped, my knowledge on this matter is limited because in Holland there have never been Ciao’s for sale that had the stock variator. All Ciao’s in Holland had mono transmission. But the latest Ciao models (C24 and C31) still had space in the fairings for variator clutches.
