today i proudly present my Ciao ST
it beguns before jears ago with this old ciao
then i was a bit stupid and painted it myself in black
it was paint out of the bottle…. but there was no Jini in the bottle
so the paint was soft and gets fast small scratches
after that i made step by step to made it better and better
first there must be a new frontend
then a pipe between handle bar and seat
here and there and here and thereafter allot of work and blood i made it to my Ciao ST
i was more than 2 jears dreaming of that coloure
and now was the time to do it finally !i was sandblasting and wleding all the parts by myself
allot of work how you know hehehere is the video from the beginning and everrything i made
and here is the result

dann wurde sie abgedreht auf der drehbank und die neue stange wurde eingepresst und dann schön verschweißt

also ich habe INNEN und AUßEN liegende federn.
die innen liegenden federn sind aus einer SI vordergabel die ich mir hart erarbeiten musste da die komplette gabel eingerostet war
also sind das orginale und standartmäßige federni used springs which are inside and outside of the fork
the springs from the inside are from a SI fork which i had hard to work for because everrything was rosted
so these are std springs 😉you can look here :

und so sah die gabel von der si aus wo ich die innen liegenden federn her habe
jetzt könnt ihr euch den rest vorstellenand this is a photo of a part of the SI fork… now you can think by your own how the rest was looking
Ja, so sahen meine Federbeine auch aus. Ich meinte die Feder um die Federbeine ist das ein standard Bravo teil?
