As you may have seen I´m building a sprint race from a SuperBravo.
The intention is to build a light but fast, small displacement machine as the rules say maximum 70 cc.
Becauce of that I will stay with a modified DrEvo cylinder and a PVL ignition.

Here you see some pictures of it:
As you may see I have put on a new point of where to bolt the engine, 75 millimeters moved backwards.
On one picture you can see the bracket that will replace the rear suspension, just to keep things in place.The assembly moves on and I will update this with pictures as the assembly goes on.
I definitely like the blue. Also the first photo on your given link, I like from the Superbravo. More black then red, instead off what you see most times.

I like the color too, it even turned out better than expected, thanks to the painter.I have two exhaust that I will try and see what works the best for my setup.
One is a Polini Top One and the other one is a Simonini Proline.The setup in the engine is a tuned DrEvo 43 (because I can´t pass 70 true cc´s) a reed valve side intake and a 19 mm PHBG
and the PVL ignition wich I expect will gain the throttle response a lot.how are you going to cool your cylinder then?? Are you going to make de cylinder liquid cooled?? And nice color by te way!

Time will tell if I´m right or not.

I made the hole large enough to give space for adjustment with no clearance issues:

I think I will find another solution to this.
prehaps its possible to fit some ´kick´ pedals on there pointing backwards meaning youre feet will go a bit more to the read 🙂
May i ask, what sort of pvl ignition is that? (of what bike) And does it already run?:O

beunhaaz, my ignition doesn´t come from a specific bike, it´s components chosen in cooperation with a swedish supplier of those parts.
The list looks like this:Magnet/baseplate: 1063
CDI/ignitioncoil: 105458
Rotor: 940This is not a direct fit, it takes some work to make it fit, the critical part is to machine the rotor with correct angle, 5,5 degrees, and to the correct depth as it is critical.
