      Hello guys,
So i installed the multivar today, with the 4.7gram rollers it came with. i feel they are little to light.
my accelretion is good and the top speed also got higher then before…but not alot more.
it feels like the bike is on “low gear” most of the time and the rpm is high, also the bike is buzzing and causing my hands and legs to feel bzzzzz.
i would like to hear from others that use the multivar what rollers are you uising and is the buzzzing normal.
i didnt put the yellow spring in the rear pulley yet.

      Thanks
      Eran

The sort of rollers you use, is adjusted to the power of your moped. Since you have a DR Evo with realy not that good exhaust i would go for something around 6,5 gram rollers with the original spring. With the Yellow spring installed you could go for 1 gram higher in rolls.

The Buzzing you described should have something to do with the engine wich is over revving. And the installing of some heavier rollers should keep it down a bit.

Iv’e put bigger rollers and it’s much better, should the belt go all the way up on the front pulley? and if not do i need heavier rollers?

It depends what you call ” all the way up on the front pulley” ? In comparison with scooter vario’s it should be lower on the pulley becuase it’s range is much lower. I think you should have around 1cm left on you pulley.
