      hallo ..

can l fit a big bore scooter cylinder in a simolini engine ?

l talk about a 77cc cylinder.. it been used for scooters with 44mm long in cranksaft

but the simolini crank is 46mm .. it is my only problem ..?

the simolini engine have 4 pinbolts like a scooter engine, so where is no problem to get the cylinder on 🙂

      sorry for bad english :SS

        Hey Andre,

It is possible to fit it. You need to buy a sprocatti 44mm long crankshaft and maybe some liquid metal because the cilinder is bigger than the base of the engine. Look at pegano’s special. http://vespa-ciao.nl/forums.php?m=posts&p=280231#280231

You must make a baseplate. But it must not be too high because it must fit between the frame;)

Here the link to my special with pictures.
