Hey, a couple of months ago, I bought a Polini Evolution Engine for my ciao, as well as a new ignition core, 4-5 months ago. And a CPM-01 last week. But it doesn’t seem to work. I have tried anything, and stripped down all of the problems. And I got to this. That my ignition time isn’t set correctly. So how does i do that? Hopefully you guys can help me, as Im nearly quitting this Ciao project.

Mike Petersen.With this CPM-01 chip it is not possible to set any ignition timings. You can try to use another flywheel, but i don’t think this changes much.
Do you get any form of sparks with your sparkplug? It may be useful to set your electrode distance somewhat smaller below 0,5mm.
