hey, I thought this could be interesting for all of you who have an Ninja but not three hands and rubber fingers to fix that exhaust 😉

On the following pic there is the standard fixing system delivered with my Ninja. A M8 screw with a distance tube.

To fix this to the frame you need to drill your frame for M8 diameter and then puzzle it to the exhaust.

My thought was to make it easier like the following.

First use a M6 threaded rod of about 55 mm length and fix this with two nuts to the exhaust bracket (one nut inner side and one nut out side with washers)

After that you can fix the other end of the threaded rod again with two nuts in the frame hole together with the shore of luggage carrier without any drilling. Also this will give the advantage to adjust the distance of the exhaust to the frame by adjusting the nuts.

Hope this could be helpfull for some of you. (a)
