Can I use a 90mm disc togeher with a 100mm pulley?
No it won’t :(.

I can’t find any one?They are a hard find if you want them new… used also not to easy to find..

Correct for what? Remember there are 2 pulleys needed. The one you’ve showed here and the one with the bronze bushing.

And then there is a high cost for shipping. Just remember you have a variated clutch which can house the 100mm or the 90mm discs also there are some homemade disc sizes to be found out there, but you should always use 2 discs off the same size on one clutch.
