I have a complete kick mechanism (carter, pedals etc) from a Super Bravo that I would like to mount on my Ciao.
However I have understood that it won’t fit together with the Ciao side covers/fairings (zijschermen) because the kick pedals will scratch the covers.
Do I have to modify the kick to make it work, and if so, how should this be done?

Thanks. But are you sure that it will fit together with the side covers? Indeed there are lots of photos of kick pedals mounted on Ciaos, but can you find a picture of a kickstart Ciao with the side covers on?

Nice, thanks again! The reason why I was asking was that I have been told on another forum that the pedals have to be modified in order to fit. But maybe they were wrong…
